2. 50% sharing profit with petronas: the pending sst issue, if at all hibiscus to pay rm98m (tax+fine), shouldn’t it be shared with petronas as well?

what are your thoughts on this wrt silterra planned future expansion to 12M mask layer per year in 2024 for an additional cost of rm700M?

from the recent news, the 890M pp almost certain will not be exercised.
the 6 month pp extension period will expire end of april and no news yet on application to bursa for extension...

BobX and T7 are indeed two different person....
Guess T7 is better than BobX.....
T7 can sell the same free shares higher price than BobX and at different date...

BobX sold the free shares on Feb 10.... the highest price on that day was rm1.07???:

The 891M pp most probably will not be utilised as confirmed by the management in the news in the link below.
Initially the purpose to use the pp to buy silterra, however almost 100% Warrant D conversion plus the 100% 2020 pp, covered the cost for ping & silterra purchase and silterra upgrade.

if my understanding is correct, the CEO did subscribe to ESOS at rm0.635....
unfortunately, there is no announcement when he sell his shares.
or maybe that was just an announcement of offer, but CEO did not dare to subscribe???

KingDavid I have provided the following information much earlier. Based on the announcement, only 594,406,800 shares (2/3) under PP will be priced @RM0.6948 and RM413 million fund to be raised if all taken up. Price has not been fixed for the other 1/3 (297,203,400 shares).
