for your info, Dr. Maszlee got many policies priorities to sort out in MOE, n do away with textbooks is not what he meant, for the 'near term'.
Even if change of teaching materials,it will need some time to implement, and the publishers like Sasbadi are the obvious people to supply these materials maa..

SIMPANG RENGGAM: School students may bring less textbooks to school in the near future said Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik (pic).

The Simpang Renggam MP added he received many suggestions and complaints either through his social media, email, or messages to his mobile number coming from teachers, parents and undergraduates.

“The most number of complaints I received were (too many) textbooks where parents voiced their concern that their children's school bags are getting heavier," he said, that this is true especially among Year One and Year Three students.

observe that you have a preference to dwell/focus on the negatives of the market, selldown stks,index drop xxx pts etc.
Pls remember, we are here to make money, so where is the meat in all this ?
Market up n down is the norm, there are winners n losers everyday, hope your focus is not the story of your investment life, it will be a very sad story.
You may need to work harder to try figure out where is the support n resistance of the stks you highlight, pls dont cover your ignorance by excuse of being lazy,no shortcut to investment success, and your recent hit n miss examples is a poor reflection of your current trading attempts.

to wait for it to reach rm1 is a long wait, now got trading opp. resistance R1 040-0.42, R2 0.47-0.5
hopefully can sell here, support at S1 0.34 , S2 0.30 , i gather these from the IB info previously.
one way to minimise risk is to split the buyin rather than hantam all in at one price, that way if 'caught' at wrong price, got chance to escape , by buyin again at lower price, to av. down, just my view
