Mkmk, I agree with you but most of the ppl here are so worry about the next impairment. But even bit by bit impairment , genm revenue is strong enough to deal with this eventually . The growth on operating profit is healthy and increasing . If I'm the management , I will slowly try 5 percent impairment every quarter. You can feel it actually and by few years , it will be gone. But then again if they use it back , it can be reversed and this is pruvit again.

They can do impairment bit by bit or not at all . I reckon Not one shot like mashpee US. After all they can still do the infra and M&E while waiting for the next course of action or new party to form theme park. The revenue is strong enough to slowly do the impairment.

If all these preparation can be used for next theme, the accounting standard don't even allowed you to do impairment lost for profiteering in the next quarter .
