Haha, I'm bplant share holder, I also hope management can pay high dividend but as management view is they will use the profit from land sold to reduce the debt and balance use for operation cost. Maybe got special dividend but would not too high. However, we can earn the margin from share price up.

This is old new, post at March. Not suitable condition now. Be careful when buy share. Need do your homework better than listen by someone else. I hold Johotin 2yrs, only this 2 week was green. However, I believe Johotin will go to RM 1.90 soon. Make decisions by your own not other.

Just a sharing my experience and opinion , no wrong no correct , agree or disagree also not a problem. Now the Dayang share very similar at 2017 Masteel story . The time of Masteel got 2 key people , one super promote Masteel and one said Masteel is not value that high . Now this 2 people at Dayang same time , and same to super promote Dayang and simply give a high TP without any support data . I just very curious , they are businessman , one of two is a famous advisor , advisor is provide investment tips and this tips is need to pay . Try to think , if you are the people who pay money to get tips but after pay you find the tips is free at public platform like i3 , do you still willing pay money to get tips ?
Sure advisor would not do this silly thing to let follower angry , he is ask people who pay him money to buy Dayang first then just share his analysis at i3 , super promote this share . Some lazy investor follow buy Dayang without study Dayang . They buy just because some famous people ask buy . Now Dayang down grade by 3 banker , do you think this 3 bank advisor simply simply down grade Dayang without analysis ? Just back to 2017 Masteel case , same uptrend from 50 cent to Rm 1.70 . Advisor sound very big said next qr must good than last qr but result is lost money , since that day , Masteel drop like no tomorrow but advisor still promote Masteel and ask buy , ask people hold the falling knife but his follower all selling . This is truth because i am victim but lucky i lost small money at Masteel but waste 4 month time lol . I just feel Dayang case very similar at Masteel case .
Please buy with your own risk and study , dont buy because some people ask buy . And very important , buy share very easy if you have fund but selling share is a big big knowledge and intelligent . Don't think you can buy at bottom and sell at peak . Before buy pls study and after buy also need study . Money would not drop from heaven unless you're lucky .

I only know rebar average selling price up , rm up , and 1 info from my friend who work in steel factory in JB say Jan bussiness good , Feb sales no good because CNY , alliance steel operation on March 2018 but not full run , first 3 month is test run . This 2 days drop i also pain heart because my profit less 10k in 2 day but i still keep until next qr then just see how. I hope all of you stop argue here , share some useful info with link , not share personal opinion and bad mouth. All info without link/data/proof i never read because for me those is rubbish acticle .
