Theoretically, by right, supposed, after consolidation exercise, it should be lighter, easy to move up, since the volume already shrunk. 10:1 conso is massive change. Plus, after conso, stock will get better image, for not being penny anymore.

Usually, that is the justification by company, to convince investor to AGREE for consolidation.

But, it is WEIRD, the price does not seems flying smoothly, as it supposed to be after the consolidation takes place yesterday. And dropped, even lower than 45 cents (considering 4.5 closing last week).

Considering this week expected QR to release, people should rush to buy. DGB survived the QR performance during Mac which most company did not. Hence, it is expected for DGB got better result the upcoming near QR release. This should be boosting factor instead.

Looking at it now, only on ex-date, the price become 3.5cents, and later keep on going down to 3cents, 2.5cents. Why?

It is bad if it goes back to original price before consolidation. It should float above instead, because no of share has reduced. Not supposed to going down.
