RM1 too high also, maybe RM0.80 or lower is good. All WCT building lousy, PARADIGM no McD,KFC, no ppl wanna go, tht Oldklang road building ScottGarden become Redlight district with all pubs and spa.

With reference to the SPA, Tebrau Bay Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received a notice from Tropicana Danga Senibong Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Renown Dynamic Sdn Bhd) dated 23 September 2015 notifying of its election to exercise of its rights to terminate the SPA by reason of non-fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent.

2. WCT exiting institutional shareholder accumulation (EPF, KWP, LTH)
3. WCT share buyback
4. Realization for its arbitrary award gain RM 1.2 billion from meydan racecourse
5. Unlocking assets value through REITS listing
6. WCT prime land in OUG KL if revalue based on current market, it is more than triple gain WCT is going to develop these parcel of land into shopping mall+ hotel+ service apratment

The negative FCF resulted from ongoing construction of the JB Paradigm development in Johor Bahru, capital expenditure and payment for the Rawang land acquisition. WCT Holdings also purchased 19.5 acres of land in Klang in August 2015 for RM118.0 million, bringing its total undeveloped land bank to 948.3 acres.

As at June 30, 2015 (1HFY2015), its gross debt-to-equity (DE) ratio rose to 1.05 times from 0.85 times as at end-FY2013. The rating agency notes that the increased borrowings, which stood at RM2.4 billion as at end-1HFY2015 (up from RM1.9 billion at end-FY2013), have largely gone to fund land acquisitions. 7. Why Dec-2015? The super catalyst will be in Dec-2015 when SUPERLN announce its 1HFY16 earnings in which I am looking at another triple digit EPS growth yoy. As written above, 1QFY15 EPS already jumped 245% due to revenue growth and good exchange rate. These two fundamentals are still the same (in fact improving) in 2QFY16 (from August-2015 to October-2015). Why? USD is increasing from Aug onwards. El Nino also intensified with haze as the best indicator that we breathe in everyday. Once the result is announced in Dec-2015 with possibly 150% EPS jump, the stock should shoot up to RM2.33.
