it's not a certainty that they will get the full value of those projects bidded for

it's the same way you trade with SCOMI now... active traded REITs are Sunway REIT and PAVILION REIT.

but, i would suggest those that are dividend paying as a better option.

if you wish to get lunches and dinners, it may not be the best option to buy this stock. Coz you would need to watch it closely and wouldn't have time for your studies.
