If everyday no positive news of SD, price go down. But of course, to protect Karim, must not let it drop below 36 sen.

When no news, price is low. Serious player will collect (because its cheap) and create a supply crunch.

When report is finalised, it will definately LU 4 conseqeutive days to RM1.60 and more to RM2.50.

Bilis wanna buy also cannot buy except on the days after LU.

And as a shark, will slowly dispose at highest price to the bilis who would come in when SD's financials are clean.

Playing up 5 sen and sell over many cycles is another way to pass time like a hobby. Hobbies are plague with fake news.

As iHunter pointed out, RM50 million is in. When the momentum for this RM50million stops, the price will drift rather quickly below the 38 SEN again.

This is due to the current political situation. Otherwise if it was BAU, price might be sustained for few weeks above 40 SEN.

Todays small rise, was very slow and not LU.

All the talk of news of report out is false. WHy?

Because if I were a BIG player, I would stop such news from arising and slowly collect millions of shares day by day.

I believe the correct interpretation of this is

When you were part of raising the price to >60 sen, people will become a hero.

And

They will thank you.

However, if, you were to tell them you sold off and let the price drift lower (eg. giving a TP low price),

People wont blame you.

Clarity on both ends of the price is needed. Otherwise, they will continue to blame.

On the issue of local content, i.e. entire management team is foreigners, the typical (and I mean typical as in Middle Eastern local content, not cabotage ya), as long as chief engineer / supervisor is a local, then will meet local content requirements. It does not mean that management team has to be local. (However, in many cases, the local company's shareholders may be local).

Licensing need SD to explain and show letters from those G that approve for exemptions.

Note: Many of Armada's team are foreign and not local, but still operate in eg. Indonesia as their Captain/Chief engineer is Indonesian.

Auditors would focus on the remittance and pay close attention to the recipient details (eg. Name, addresses, account numbers, Bank details). One look on AR and AP aging would give insights.

As long verifiable, all KPMG's concerns will be cleared.

BUT CONCERNS WILL BE ON RECEIPTS / PAYMENTS TO THOSE ENTITIES NAMES THAT ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS REGISTERED IN BOOKS.
