Looking at the AD (Accumulation Distribution) chart here, it says YES, ACCUMULATING. Just that vol is small at the moment.

Also, looking at it, it doesn't seem to the the Chng family buying, becoz no announcement were made weeks, months back if they are buying.

It has the range of .395 - .440... seeing someone picking up, throw little to panic fryers like me, and he collecting.

If mpcorp ceo replaced by tan sri liew of ecoworld, the aptec & lakehill will sure kick-off and build a similar project like battersea london or desapark city township. Share price will hit >$3... then, mpcorp share price undervaluation is justified. Alternately, sell off wisma mpl and the land then cash repayment...which shd work out more than rm1. Lets hope that happen....

I dont want to comment about user vs user lah... i just comment on RA stock. Lets see if new substantial investor will goreng the stock or not.

Hope comes when the mgmt resign and new mgmt comes in and run mpcorp.

Haha Angelina2 is just advising us to be cautious. We cant just be blindly bullish. Anyhow Nextgram, the goreng counter cant give some 'goreng' synergies into RA! after all, those big boys who got private placement and nextgram bought their stake at 5c.

From the map i believe the existing link bridge to tmn masai or nusa damai is almost completed and readily access to the mpcorp site. But again i am not confident with the mgmt getting the projects going. I had read some blog abt minority shareholders questioning mgmt or majority shareholder integrity and competency.

2 weeks + 2 weeks extension. Looks like serious negotiation. But still, risk is there. IRM mgmt + substantial shareholders better give in all terms demanded by PASB!!! Get the ball rolling!

Calvin, what gives you confident that Lakehill and APTEC project can kick-off? No new fresh funds being injected to MPCORP, nor the company plan to sell the land to cash-out. If either ways, i.e got new JV partner or MPCORP sells the land, then your facts here make sense. Sad to hear, despite years of management, no progress has been seen so far.

I do agree, the johor land is well located with very high potential for multi billion development, plus the Wisma MPL which is located at premium golden triangle. With these, 40c for MPCORP is very undervalued.

Now maybe not interested. If it really break the historical high of 7c, then different story. R&A as contractor for 4G station, why the hell still no profit generating?

But funny thing is, the big boys who got issued with private placement seems not making $... make no sense.

Looks like big players attracted the volume and flushed the small players out... Uptrend only few minutes, then fall all the way, that's fast.

Tey Por Yee (Nextnation boss) goreng style, he buy the controlling % stake in a co, then private placement + warrants... put in some new synergy, goreng high high... then he sell... and let the share price down to bottom. Since he bought RA at 5c... should be safe for investor to hold at 5c. But, sit and wait, wait, wait until he start moving his fingers on the trading platform.

It's a lousy counter... nothing seems to work with the current management on board. If it's Tan Sri Liew (EcoWorld/SP Setia) management, then the landbank will definitely bear fruit. With them on helm, I don't see lights, and it's a dead counter.
