I am looking at 40 sen to make any purchase
2021-12-13 14:48 | Report Abuse
IMO
AYS long-term trend is still down.
Price has not reach rock bottom. Stay side line and wait for cheaper price if you still want to buy AYS

Beware - Chart wise, VS could be in a major downtrend mode
Stay clear of VS. US Custom could be looking into the immigrant workers conditions in this factory
Beside, EPF already ceased to be a substantial holder

cantek lah closed at 54sen. Mana semua penkritic wtg lower one. Evrryday cakap mau lelong price one. Ayam Yang Sedap betul ada sedap lah. Correct?
My comment
The right trading strategy for AYS is - Any price rebound is a good opportunity to unload your position (take what every profit or cut loss)
Today is a good opportunity to unload your position
You can get cheaper price further down the road (If you still want to keep AYS for long term)

IMO - Chart wise, AYS is still going South. All steel counters are also going South
Better stay out of steel counters for now and wait for good opportunity to collect them at cheaper price

IMO - Chart wise, Hiap Teck is still going south. Practically all steel counters are also weak.
Potential RM13.4m fine from IRB is hanging around Hiap Teck neck.
Prefer to give Hiap Teck a pass and wait for a good bottom support before committing my capital.

These big speculators are really misers, not willing to throw millions of shares for retailers to accumulate
2021-12-01 09:28 | Report Abuse
Price at 37.5 sen is good opportunity to accumulate for long-term passive investors.
But the volume is just negligible for meaning accumulation
Big speculators are trying to lure retail investors to sell to them

You are right. The scenerio 3 years ago while Dyson pulled out from VS, VS was in perfect conditions to look for new customers to fill vacant capacity (no quality nor forced labour issues).
Now for ATA to look for new customers with reputation of forced labour issues and quality not met France customers issues, they need double or triple efforts to do so. The worst is that they become subcontractors for VS and SKP, at least to run their productions when their forced labour issues settled (Dyson may close one eye to put them as indirect subcontractors)
My comment
Beware: VS and SKP foreign workers could be in the same conditions as ATAIMS, as most foreign workers are controlled by cronies agents
When US customs investigate them, they could drop like a ton of lead

the big question tomorrow: will it limit down again?
My comment
"Most likely another limit down to 22 sen on Tuesday. Too many shares on margin call from banks.
Big shareholders may not be able to support, as they could suffer margin calls from old shares pledge to the banks".

VS has a good design house for their clients. They may be able to design and produce products best fit for clients standard and requirements.
I never hear ATA got any design house. ATA is busy in fire fighting to save daily production volume, quality and labour shortage issues. I doubt they have times for others.
If Dyson wants you to swallow volumes that you may have to find all ways out to swallow, this is a happy issue. You will not spend any single effort to look for new customers.
My comment
"VS could also employed many foreign migrant workers who may have the same issues like ATAIMS". When US Customs and Border Protection Department (CBP) started to investigate VS, it price could plunge down".
Buyer beware

The AYS big speculators had been accumulating the shares around 40 sen between July to August 2021. They subsequently ramp up the shares to 70 sen and started unloading their cheap shares to retail investors as high as 90 sen.
The big speculators can afford to unload their share way down to 40 sen. They will only accumulate the share again when there are blood on the street.
Why would the Directors consider share buy back when the big speculators are still unloading their shares? They may consider share buy back between 20 to 30 sen?

By the way, most of the world markets are at or near record high, in fact even higher than the pre-pandemic level.
The upside is limited. Big speculators are looking for any excuses to sell down the market.
The big speculators can make big money when market crushes. Only retail punters will can crush as they seldom know how to short the market

ON April 19, the US Customs and Border Protection Department (CBP) acknowledged receipt of my formal complaint concerning allegations of
1. systemic forced labour (including, but not limited to unethical recruitment practices and
2. inadequate working/living conditions) at ATA IMS Bhd.
COMPLAINT 1 has been around since mega foreign workers recruiting project last 10 years
I heard of workers passport being detained by workers supplier even though they dont owe LHDN billions of dollars. Their salaries disbursement are controlLed by a cartel in cohort with HR department of the factory. I heard every month , one supplier of 300 workers to a factory earning few hundred thousand of "extortion money or 10% corrupt money " from the worker because he and the HR are buddies.
From time to time we hear of cases of foreign workers salary 3 months not paid and the supplier disappeared, says the HR. HR should sign letter to be guarantor for the salary.,not the cartel
2.Made worse by recent COVID19 PANDEMIC
"If the above is true, many companies in Malaysia could be in big shit trouble when US Customs and Border Protection Department (CBP) started to investigate all the big companies in Malaysia".
Retail investors beware

At 40 cent, MHB is still a very good buy for passive long-term Investors.
Keep it for 1 to 3 years to harvest reward around 3 folds shouldn't be a problem.
Current trading volume for MHB is way too little to accumulate. May need alot of patient if you want to accumulate at 40 cent and below
Cheers,

The earlier super profit is not sustainable.
Earlier super profit made was due to old inventory/stock bought at much lower price and sold at higher price.
Going forward, the cheap inventory/stock could be depleted by now and need to replace with new inventory/stock at higher price.
The next few quarters result should not be fantastic and expect AYS price to move South or at best flats
This is just my humble opinion

In my opinion, KYY bought the bulk of AYS around 38 to 55 sen.
He is still making big money at 70 sen. Better stay out of AYS as the speculators are unloading their shares
Buying AYS at 70 sen is a piece of cake. But getting out of your buying position with a good profit at this price could be a dream. Don't get trap and become a "Reluctant Long Term Investor"

Technical speaking - AYS price is going South after the private placement 38m at 76 sen granted listing on 3rd Nov 2021
At 70 sen, the speculators who bought the private placement is losing money, unless they sold short at 95 to 85 sen before the listing of the private placement

Retail buyers beware!
It appear major shareholders of AT buying ASDION Bhd at 50 sen, way above ASDION's current price of 25 sen. 100% premium
Money is sucking out of AT into ASDION - both companies major shareholders could be inter-related.
For your info, the net shareholding of AT is 4,627m shares, which is HUGE and retail shareholders are at the mercy of the major shareholders
AT could eventually need to structure a capital reduction of 10 or 20 to 1. (Every 10 shares reduce to 1 share)

At 39.5 sen, MHB is still a good buy, for long-term passive Investors. Buy and keep it for 1 to 3 years. A 3 folds gain could be realized within this time frame.
For your info MHB is backed by Petronas and MISC.

KYY recommendation at 62 sen could be too late
For your info - Big speculators first collected at 20 sen and subsequently accumulated at 38 sen
At 62 sen, they are sitting with paper profit more than 60%. Even when they sell down to 38 sen, they still in the positive side
Buying at 62 sen is a piece of cake, but getting out of your position with a good profit may be tough. Most likely greedy retailers could end up holding their losses and become a `reluctant long term investor' :C

Private placement of Leon Faut 31m at 85 sen was completed on 07 May 2021
At current price of 99.5 sen, Private placement investors still can make a profit of 14.5 sen (17% profit)
Chart wise, the private placement investors could be in the process of unloading their stock before it move down to break even price of 85 sen
In my opinion, the upside potential is limited. Buying is easy, but getting out of your buying position with a good profit could be tough under present conditions

What is the use of securing more projects when MHB still bleeding huge losses.
For your info MHB secured Kasawari contract amounting to RM2.5 billion in July 2019. After almost 2 years in the project, MHB is till bleeding huge losses. Sad

The correct trading strategy for AYS - In my humble opinion
AYS is in a downtrend mode - as such the correct trading strategy is:
Any price rebound - unload, sell irrespective of making profits of small losses
Get out of buy position and stay sideline. Should be able to collect at much cheaper price down the road. Maybe 40 sen?
:) :) :)
