the tower construction contracts aren't out although it was supposed to in July. the lion shares of tower constructions will be in Sarawak and whichever parties that get these contracts, instacom will benefit either directly or via sub-con as their track records were excellent.

the new major shareholder of Euro also owns a company that develops high end homes in Ampang. Interestingly, the JV partner of this project is a large PLC in Spore that has paid record prices for a piece of land in the KLCC vicinity last year. Something may be brewing up in the next few months..an RTO seems logical considering the huge portfolio in Malaysia the Spore company has..

this co has a very high dividend policy and with the record surpluses in terms of profits and cash it recorded so far this year, we can expect a bumper dividend, likely to be announced in the coming quarter in feb 2014. stay tune pep

yistock, looking at the big blocks that were transferred, eg 1500lots it costs about RM400k..and at such short time, this is unlikely to be from retailers

normally when someone, lim whatever -he/she wants so much attention and pride to prove other wrong, these group of people seldom make it in life as their character / attitude will not make them go far in life. this kind of poor souls are usually failures n that's y he or she wants to brag. lim whatever, if u don't change, you will forever be a failure. earning a little bit here and there do not give you the rights to ridicule others.

thirdly, strong financials for Q3 and exceeded the YTD 15Mil profit guarantee by 7Mil,

assuming the company declares all special gains as dividend, this will equate to RM0.12 per share!! Some more the Q1 announcement said Bukit Jalil project will be launched by 1st half next year..

with RHB finally biting the bullet in the latest review a mere 3 months after going so overly confident on the Company's prospects, this really spell deep trouble! For RHB to quote they are unable to obtain satisfactory clarifications, this is really bad!

this company looks gone. the officials also not seem to be interested! from announcement, looks like there is no CEO or even an executive directors who is Malaysian. looks like the foreigners are just interested in letting the company go delisted!

steve, I am with you there..there may be some hidden issues. right now, we don't know how bad it is other than ngu dumping his shares to 7.8%! with so much said to be going in the media, surely he would have waited a little longer for more rewards than to sell out now. lets hope the optimism of fellow investors here prevail.

Darren, you are over promoting this stock.. The assumption of RM25Mil gained from the development is at best, an assumption without any costs overrun and assumming all units are sold at the high price Euro is selling in this depressed property market. Also, for someone who is able to give such a great detailed analysis of the stock, one would be very suspicious that you have conviniently gave a misleading statement such as note 3 .. "(3)Euro's profit in 2014 was RM2.3M. Its maiden property project wil generate a profit of RM25M.
(This incremental profit is 10 times more last's year's profit) "
You should be fully aware that the assumed RM25M profit is over a period of 3 years, not 1 financial year. Therefore such statement of 10x incremental profit is extremely misleading!
If you can recall also, the Company sat quietly on the piece of vacant land without any development as it was unable to satisfy the requirements and / or the development plans were rejected by the council. Also the assumed profits were based on previous costing without taking into considerations the hike in costs due to various factors. 20-25% of the land or so cant be developed and / or heavy investments need to be incurred due to land stabilisation criteria as a result of being next to a river and these stabilisation costs have gone up tremendously the last year or two. Therefore to count the RM25Mil for the entire project seems a bit too far fetched.
While you may have strong confidence in this stock, by over promoting and "sharing" not too accurate financial facts may not be appropriate as some investors may be blinded with your advise without realising some inaccurate financial datas.
