market price is RM0.135 now. proposed right issue at RM0.30 per share. looks like better buy from the market. after minimum subscription by the main shareholders, some issue to bankers, still have 10 over million RM to be purchased by investors, and at RM0.30 per share.. can this regularization plan works??

down these few days may form a consistent down trend as the gap between Selangor Government's offer & Puncak's offer is huge. that is too much no good for this stock.

Hepitrade, the info I get and my opinion is no more hope to maintain the listing. The most I give is 5% chance. However, if you hold any stock of this counter now, you may hope to throw at better price towards this coming 30 Dec as i think some insider may fry this stock up.

to add, total of 2 pieces of lands and 1 tower floor properties in Abu Dhabi are to be contra with the RM100 million owing to the consortium. look at the process: evaluate the properties, negotiate, if agree, prepare legal documents, transfer titles, find buyers, get payment, transfer money back to Malaysia. ( Note : Not easy to transfer BIG money back without proper & tedious procedures ). i see it will take ages lah... the RM25 million profit declared by this counter will suffer much on cash flow...all investors to decide.

strong fundamental does not really means cost a lot, stocks like Aeon Credit, Hong Leong Finance Group, MBSB, Hartalega, Pintaras are some of the strong fundamental stocks. Although the share prices for Aeon Credit & HLFG are high, but the intrinsic values are very very high. Therefore, it is still considered as very cheap. When we say it is cheap, it has to be compared with the intrinsic value. You may find the definition of intrinsic value in google. Warrent Buffet is using intrinsic value as part of the important factor to make decision. any listed company can split the shares and make it cheaper to trade. therefore, the share value itself is not relevant.

this counter will advance any time from now towards year end & early next year.
