As at 31/12/2015, Keck Seng had in its possession US$ 100.2 million and Sing$ 72 million cash. The rest was in Malaysian Ringgit. On 31/12/2015, US$1 = RM 4.304, Sing$ 1 = RM 3.04. On 31/12/2016, US$1 = RM 4.486, Sing$1 = RM 3.10. The foreign exchange gain for the latest financial year ended 31/12/2016 should be over RM22 million if Keck Seng's foreign currency holdings remain the same. The foreign exchange gain for the latest three months was quite substantial, over RM40 million.

Keck Seng's small investors are behaving as though its directors would make Keck Seng's RM 1.1 billion cash disappear overnight.

Total foreign exchange gain since 30/09/2016 is now about RM 40 million if the company has not disposed of its foreign currency holdings.

At 12 x annualised earnings, this counter should be worth at least RM6 a share.

Expect a huge spike in Kinsteel's share price tomorrow. A Chinese company is injecting capital into Perwaja Holdings and taking up a substantial stake. It will then team up with two other Chinese companies to provide technical and financial support to help Perwaja to restructure.

The last time EPF sold ecoworld shares was more than one and a half months ago. The last time another substantial shareholder sold ecoworld shares was over 4 months ago.

Going up to 1.50 soon. Better grab now before it is too late!

This company has benefitted enormously from the falling Ringgit. It has RM 700 million stashed in US and Singapore currencies.

I believe quite a large percentage of Keck Seng's earnings in the latest quarter was contributed by gains in the US and Sing Dollar against our Ringgit.

My valuation of FGV was based mainly on its earnings. I doubt if it can make over 6 sen a share this financial year. BAT's NTA is less than RM 1.50 a share but because of its earnings and good dividend, it is trading at 40X NTA.

Shouldn't be paying more than RM 1.50 a share for this company.

Just wait patiently, it will move up by another 10% before the ex date.

NTA almost 45 sen a share and net cash is 28 sen a share. Company won't collapse.

I suspect FGV could be losing money again.

It has to make money before it can hold above RM 2.
