common prosperity as a governing principle , is fine but what government policies will have to change? That will have to be done organically, many of which will be bottom up from the local levels/ province levels up....crossing the river as they feel the stones. Keeping in mind the clear objectives for 2050.

unlike u uncensored, China don't do things based on economic theory, they will experiment on certain areas and slowly take what works and reject what doesn't work before taking to the whole country.

Jiangsu is selected for many reasons......Xi has served there before, it is the richest province, it is also a province with the least inequalities. ...and it showcases what can be done once there is already a certain minimum level of prosperity.

at the very least , common prosperity will impact local/ provincial level decisions in China........slowly but surely will encourage more sharing. ...... a lot of the implementations will be bottom up too as people experiment with the idea. ....and JiangSu is the province targeted to experiment ... just as GuangZhou was first to experiment with Deng's opening and reforms.
