Urusharta Jammah Sdn Bhd (The ministry of finance private investment entity) bought 7.7% of FGV shares for RM 3.50 each

white paper is to save Felda/FGV.
Coming by-election, current price is too ugly to win.
New management give +ve move.
New quarter result could be better than previous, at least.

Safeguard FGV interests, urges Najib

KUALA LIPIS: Former prime minister Najib Razak today suggested that the government safeguard the interests of FGV Holdings Berhad in any move to improve the Felda cash flow.

He said any decision must ensure that the FGV share price remains high and FGV itself is unaffected as an entity.
