@bsngpg, Yes, of course he didn’t sell his VS shares in may but 6 months ago….When he promote Vs share, he want to repeat the same tactic again and again… buy low, sell high… but this time around some very smart investor manage to uncover the truth….thats’ why some investors got heart attack already… because as major shareholder he must follow the law, but he play around with the law and give not logic excuses. He is very experienced mastermind investor and not just “karang guni” investor……. Collect and sell method….. I hope this answer your question …. Kyy already disposing VS share 6 month ago but still promoting on VS on 5 may. On 13 may, he told the Malaysian public including reporters, he got no time to declare and filled up the form to SC… that’s how mr.koon can get his good income this year in 2016……maybe he need to repeat the same tactic in 2017… who know… he is very genius mastermind.. we should salute him……like VVIP or “orang kaya mr.koon”….. hehehe…

If they can sell below cost and survive in Sarawak, I believe other Telco network will follow suit and reduce the internet data price accordingly…Telco network war price will benefit customers...by the way, Telekom Malaysia BHD.(TM) bought 57% shares in P1 in march, 2014….and invest Rm 1 billion in P1 over the next four years. I hope more good news and goodies will come to Sarawak very soon in 2016….

I agree with Calvin because I used to live in Johor area more than 20 years. The prices of condominium around 80k~150k last time already double the price. The price now is around 300k+++ especially near larkin and town area. those condos have already gone up in value. Not to mention the rental yield. The demand maybe low in certain part of Johor, but the price keeps on increasing.

price going up faster than i thought....keep on added because the price still under value. good cash flow, strong fundamental and many mega projects on the list.

the fundamental is still strong but not for short term. the revenue collection keep on increasing every quarter. that's good for EPF and investors...except for the loan impairment programme.

right issue will cause the price drop very much...this is a good company but MBSB’s is still under loan impairment programme. The key risk is loan provisioning staying elevated for a prolonged period – as part of efforts to improve coverage levels further and/or deterioration in asset quality. A potential capital-raising exercise is also a risk. MBSB’s loan impairment programme – a reflection of its efforts to bridge best practices as part of preparations to turn into a full-fledged Islamic financial institution – should be a longer-term positive for the company.

Yes, they should announce double or triple dividend this year. They win so many mega projects and pre-qualified to bid for work packages for the RM16 billion MRT2 above-ground works, RM16.1 billion Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak portion, RM5.3 billion SUKE, and RM4.2 billion DASH projects.
