Any idea if the ASP increase in Jun/Jul were for shipment or new orders? I suppose the shipments being made now are orders received in Apr/May when order lead time was 3-4months & ASP were still <$100?
If new ASP of $160/180 are for new orders received in Jun/Jul, then we can only expected capture these ASP 10-12 months fr now?
Enlightenment fr any Sifus would be greatly appreciated!

Let's take it a step at a time. Show me EPS of >0.044 for Q1, then I'll review my forecast.
Obviously, not many people believe it would be going towards RM4, that's why hesitating at the current level of 2.7.....waiting for direction!

PE of 26 is only considered high IF you do not consider JHM as a growth stock.
For growth stock, we do not evaluate its PE based on past earnings but on expected future earnings.
Taking Q1 result as a yardstick for future projection, we could see that JHM's EPS could easily be RM0.04 (based on increased # of shares from bonus), if not for the traditionally high Q1 (50% of annual) Admin Expenses of RM5M!
Assuming a conservative earning growth rate of 10% QoQ or 45%YoY, JHM's next 12 mths total EPS would be RM0.20.
With a fair valuation of PE = 20, the fair price for JHM would be RM4.00.
If JHM can delivery EPS = 0.044 for Q2, then TP=RM4.00 is not a pipedream at all!
So, is current price of RM2.7 overpriced? That's the million $ question that each would have to answer yrself!

Retracement? Hahaha!
With the strong rebound yesterday after the previous 5 days consolidation, the next consolidation (JHM doesn't do "correction", just consolidation! Haha!) could be some days to come. By then, price could be already at another record high level, hence any probable retracement level could still be higher than today's price!
Anyway, this is the optimistic me just saying.......investment decision is purely a personal choice!

Interestingly today's Stochastic RSI & MACD indicators are showing similar bullish patterns as seen on 24/3, 14/4 & 1/6. Pls go check out to see what happened to JHM's price for those next few days immediately after the above dates.

TA indicators are starting to converge towards a bullish run-up!

Today's marvelous Marubozu candlestick pattern is the most powerful we've ever seen in JHM, whereby it opened at 2.45 (lowest of the day) and closed at 2.71 (highest for the day) with a strong 10.6% gain! Past 5 days' consolidation were nullified in just 1 single day!
What makes this even more significant is that this was achieved under a not-so-bullish overall market sentiment (the KLCI lost 7pts today!) with relatively high volume (by JHM's std).
This is further sign that stronger hands are collecting for the past few days when there were relatively low volume due to lack of selling interest.
JHM always reward its loyal shareholders and bit those disloyal ones!

In my opinion, if JHM can return the qtrly EPS=9, then the fair price would be 7.2 based on valuation PE=20. But this is on the assumption that the current market sentiment doesn't change significantly.
Pls bear in mind that during any bear market, most counters will be selling at a discount to as low as PE=10!
