RATIONALE FOR THE DISPOSAL
The Proposed Disposal is in line with the streamlining and refocus of KAG group’s
operations to be centered on ICT business, following the announcements made by KAG
recently in relation to the proposed acquisitions of RapidCloud (M) Sdn Bhd and Progenet
Sdn Bhd and the conditional letter of award given by Avenue Escapade Sdn Bhd.
