I moved into Carepls at RM1.50 after i missed the bull run of Supermax from RM11-18 as I sold it too early. I believe fundamentally the stock can still go to RM4-RM5 with increase ASP and production capacity in the near future.
However, sold it after QR result out and switched back to Supermax since it has been rather quiet and moving sideway for the past 1 week.

Earning Per Share = Profit / Number Outstanding Share
U take EPS and multiply by the average PE for the industry, then you get your targeted price.

PE20 RM3.7
PE25 RM4.6
PE30 RM5.5
This has not yet to account for their increase in production capacity. RM10 is not impossible.

Was expecting at least 20-30% increase in revenue and therefore 25-35m core profit. Anyways 13% increase in revenue and conservatively based on 20m *4 = 80m. PE20-25 is RM3-3.5. Cheers!
