Again, CA may only have some value if Hlind trades above RM6.50 after Ex date....dont get burnt.....

How much will Hlind trade after Ex Date? Personally I am sharing the same thought with Happyman..

Basing on current price of CA of RM0.16, the mother has to be RM7.12 after Ex Date so that Ca will be at zero premium....

Adjustment Factor = Closing Price Of HLIND on 13 Oct -RM1.08 and divide by Closing Price of HLIND on 13 Oct.

Assuming HLIND closed at Rm8.50, then AF will be 0.87.
The revised Ex Price of CA will be Rm7.20 X 0.87 = RM6.285
The revised ratio will be 6 X 0.87= 5.22
Thus, it will be RM6.285 + 5.22CA after Ex date

Actually simple lah...just set a dividen policy, say min RM0.10 dividen per year then can goreng the price to Rm1.50 to RM2.00 (Div yield 5-6%) then lots of people will chase....then propose a rights issue to trap more people....
