Paying PE about 8.81(assume 2015 profit RM 201.4 million) for the China company is better than higher PE for Eagle High.

yjinnvy better ask TF to hedge jet kerosene around US 40 until 2017 or even longer before oil price moving up again.

Recently Pesona bought a piece of land(for long term investment) at RM 10 million so require cash layout so better conserve cash than paying dividend.

Not giving dividend is OK otherwise Pesona will need to borrow because too many projects ongoing will require huge cash injections.

Base on MC RM 242 million now Pesona trade at yearly prospective PE 4.8-9.7 times.

RM 1 billion o/s order books will mean more profits next 2 years for Pesona. If profit margin 5-10% expect RM 50-100 million profit next 2 years.

Cash flow stood at healthy level ie RM 29.959 million(almost 0 debt) compared to MC 41.583 million or 72%. NTA 13.68 sen or 6.18 sen higher than share price. May not shoot now but got holding power can wait to reach sometime this year.

That Tropicana able to pay dividend next month after just paying 5 sen in Dec mean management take care of shareholders interest.

No Datuk Chai selling from subscribing excess RI is good news.

Datuk Chai taking profit from Anzo and reinvested in XOX? FA wise XOX is better than Anzo.

Or could be Mr Paramjit Mr Erwin friend? So he indirectly help Mr Erwin closer to taking over?

Actually I am surprised over Mr Paramjit buying. If Erwin is the one buying he would take over control from Lin Huozhi.

AirAsia Bhd saw better operating performance for the quarter ended Dec 31, 2015 (4QFY15), reporting a 12% year-on-year (y-o-y) increase in its number of passengers to 13.5 million, from 12.1 million in the previous year.

AirAsia said the higher passenger count was ahead of a 6% increase in capacity, despite a lower fleet count of 170 aircraft, compared to 172 aircraft in the previous year.

Malaysia AirAsia recorded the highest load factor for the quarter at 85%, followed by AirAsia India (84%), Thai AirAsia (82%), Philippines AirAsia (81%) and Indonesia AirAsia (80%).
