Serba Dinamik has taken action against KLSE Screener.

Sarawak Kini suspected the collaboration between contributors to the investment portal and insidious hands operating against Serba, which could involve people associated with KPMG, Audit Oversight Board of Securities Commission, Malaysian Shareholders Watchdog Group, institutional investors, and now the not so swift Bursa Malaysia.

The game could be to inflict severe damage to Serba before seizing on rubbles of devastation.

The latest effort was to get a rating agency involvement. As usual, they are laggard analysts and its nothing to worry claimed Serba CEO.

Other than KLSE Screener portal, other platform are being monitored and may likely be brought to court for spreading falsehood and slander.

Two months ago, an audit dispute went to court that rocked Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad (Serba Dinamik), but the oil and gas services company weathered the storm and is now looking to end 2021 on a high.

In Malaysia, 1MDB and Ministry of Finance (MOF) sued KPMG PLT and its 44 partners that include Serba’ Dinamiks ex-Audit Committee Chairman, Hasman, who was also sent to court recently on criminal charges of threatening a Director at Serba Dinamik. 1MDB suit against KPMG was recently after Serba Dinamik sued KPMG.

Section 320 of the Capital Market Services Act 2008 stated that Auditors must achieve a certain level of work done before concluding matters to be reported to authorities. Auditors are not immunised simply by hiding behind the veil of Section 320. They must exercise due care and diligence.

KPMG’s has until August 26, 1021 deadline to file Statement of Defense against summons from Serba Dinamik. Have KPMG submit their Statement of Defense? The real question to be asked is how KPMG is going to respond to the summons?

Did KPMG lack of such quality? Hence acted not in good faith? Hence the infamous term “Shop Lot Auditor”? Only time will tell.

Last week’s Edge interview with SC Chairman is quite telling as he had no major issue to raise or hint on Serba but over new Serba Chairman mistaken claim of having discussed with SC.

Yesterday VC released the AR. Looking at the 30 largest shareholders CSY has 177,277,507 shares. The 2nd largest shareholder holds 14M and third largest shareholder only 8,850,000 . Apart from CSY no other substantial shareholders hold more than 2.1% There are 6,276 shareholders holding between 1,000-100,000 total 141,629,336 With such fragmented shareholders there will sure to be a number of shareholders who desperately need funds or facing margin calls will sell at any cost. This is the reason I feel why VC is now at its lowest price ever. There is nothing wrong financially with VC & will not go bankrupt as CSY has subscribed for 102M VC RI valued at RM17M If there is another substantial shareholder holding 15-20% of VC, the number of free float will be reduced . drastically resulting in a more stable price

To improve FGV, must improve Felda.

To improve Felda, must improve palm oil industries.

To improve palm oil industries, get the new minister that are clever.

And yet we didn't see any action from the respective minister to help our palm oil industries and Felda especially.

The PAS minister just enjoying around with the title with no productive plan.

The minister in PMO that should help Felda also, has been very poor.

The economy minister? Azmin? rubbish.

The last person who are really seriously want to improve felda and palm oil is Shahrir Samad. But now he is no MP or having any title.

@mamak123 from my technical analysis price already too oversold now..it should rebound anytime soon..and when it happen it will happen fast and many will miss this price..so i think it safe and low risk to collect some now..but i hope im wrong because if reach 0.04 i will all in even the possibilities is very low.
