TAAX impact from Korea and Japan ICAO restriction.
AAX get deeper impact from the restriction and since new aeroplane delivery are coming in
they have no choice but restart London & Hawaii route.
For me , it is a gambling now.

if they Axed 6000 worker and come out new business plan
you think they will still the yesterday's MAS ?
Airasia making profit because of malaysia market which lack of competition.
how is their financial result at oversea market which full of competition ?
If MAS make a return to crown , AAX will expose to huge uncertainty.
People just don't really like budget air for long haul , at least until this moment they failed to proof that this is a success business plan

It this trend is not stop within month , many retail investor will lost confidence and bring the share price to even lower.
Next quarter report is crucial to gain back trust from investor
but personally doesn't optimistic to it.
High dollar exchange rate and high price of Fuel Hedge.

and actually ringgit already raise a bit after petroleum price hike as Yamen civil

they spoke the truth that many speculator tried to blind the public.
AA & AAX fuel hedge make their group in disadvantage position and couldn't benefit from crude price drop compare to other airline.
They gave investor an impression that they are lowest cost among the region
but how true it is for time like now.

The fact that AAX hedges 50% of its 1Q15 fuel requirement at USD98/bbl puts it at a disadvantage against its main competitors (MAS and Malindo Air) which purchases fuel on the spot market with fuel price hovering at USDxx/bbl now.

Benalec's revenue is inconsistent as they reclaim land for sale but not every quarter having transaction.

better buy O&G company now since fuel already touched the low point.
AAX didn't benefit from crude oil price drop
But O&G company will bounce back fast if Crude Oil Price hike

Airasia cancelled their fuel surcharge while 50% of their fuel usage still hedge at middle high range.
Maybe management forecast air fare will keep going upward while MAS rationalization
but Fly Mojo just gave another uncertainty.

alphajack , please check Airasia 4th quarter report of 2014.
It wrote that whole year 1st to 4th quarter of 2015 , 50% of Fuel Hedged at average USD 88.

from the quarter report , it didn't mention about FOREX hedge at all thus we should assume there are no activity or planning on it.
Now ppl looking for raise of USD if FED increase interest rate.

Then you know how much impact from Flymojo to AA at KK market if they really start.

Public have a concern that how we identify Airasia X as a Ferrari ?
A Ferrari without fuel and car loan repayment will only have 2 destiny.
Stop and abandon at road side or tow by bank.
Airasia X need to proof for investor that their business model are profitability
but not throw excuses to investor.
Fuel price high put the blame of petroleum , fuel price low blame FOREX

better try other counter rather than keep holding this share.
5 quarter drop and there are no reason it able to stop within next few quarter.
At least until this moment we haven't saw any major restructure or business model realignment.

Fuel price already touched bottom and the only possible is raise but not going down.
USD is still raising and please be remember that FED haven't announce to raise interest yet.
If FED raise interest , USD will rise further.
How much airasia's loan and debt ?
Mostly are USD as they bought aircraft.
TF stopped to bring in new aircraft because the know how serious impact of FOREX hit to his company.
The hit maybe haven't finished yet.

Fuel price start raising.

when new aeroplane delivery to AA , they need to expand more in order to keep new aeroplane busy with high utilization rate.
this is how AA making profit.
However , if you look at AA lastest quarter report
their largest market - Malaysia already stop growth and this is GST year , people spending are more strict
AA fans can only hope thailand and india's strong growth for AA to sustain sufficient growth for their group and new fleet.
