If base on Bursa announcement nothing wrong for Icon so far I believe. Audited account confirmed high profit as reported earlier. Masteel audited account(ask to delay until 30th June) is the one having problem.

When CEO and COO on leave for 6 mths, can Icon save money not paying their salary? After all contract signed with PETRONAS last for years so their absence no impact right?

Dr Jamal should go back to his profession as dentist and not become Icon CEO anymore to save shareholders especially cornerstone investors eg PNB, Tabung Haji, etc.

The previous CEO is only a dentist not someone experience to run a PLC. He doesn't know the impact of his selling affect sentiments on Icon share price.

What is known publicly is Icon earn EPS 2.23sen last qtr and NTA 92sen, something many O&G counters cannot match.

If Icon management is smart they should release 2014 audited account and Q1 2015 result early to show all is still well.

Actually major shareholder no convert. They are selling their free warrants just our Tek Seng earlier. Different is Pesona major shareholder use the money to buy more mother shares.
