Roger tp is between 1.20-1.50 and Jjchan tp is around 3.00++. To me, if i wan to privatize my company, i will privatize it at the price which is the lowest. But to Jjchan he wan to privatize his company at discounted cash flow. Doubt tat he is a successful businessman like VINCENT TAN. Hahaha

JJchan NTA is a wrong number for takeover target price. Nta is a quarterly number which means if
KPS makes a lot money in that particular ---NTA will fly.
There many methods to evaluate takeover price (depending which side you are in---buyer / seller)
The easiest is discounted cash flow. However this method exclude if Foxconn wants to Buy
Cpi + Toyo ( cannot foresee in future ) If management See Huge future projects, they will not
