I just read half way the sc acts involve the request to remove the directors of a listed company. Now I understand why Azim said the game is on. Azim is requesting the members list from the registrar. why ???? because according to the act any members who hold more than 10%, him self can call EGM without the approval of current board. It needs only simple majority to oust directors.......I hope azim really meant it.....so I can get out from this mess soon...I almost give up with this old and toothless tiger !!!!!!

tony...easy calculation...say 60m can generate 10m profit. EPS is 6.5sen. Say fair value at PE 10...then fair value is 65.5 sen. Then current price of 40 sen still cheap!!!!!!if make profit lah...

with 60 million cash, haw much new business could generate profit...should ask the directors

adventa applied for a waiver of this condition, but rejected by sc. Now it is an obligation for adventa to submit within 3 months a regularisation plan if the new business plan resulted in significant change in business direction and policy. I think the most important in this plan is adventa has to to justify sc for a continue listing .
