@Red....on the listing day of free warrants, bursa had decided the the base price is 0.5sen and fixed the ceiling price of 30.5sen in the first session...but for the second session , the price will be allowed to float.....that is why in the afternoon session the price normally higher than morning ceiling price...must check either bursa will allow another ceiling price in the afternoon...if allowed I think price will jump to 60sen in the afternoon trade.....any idea.....

slts...ex-price does not depend on your purchase price..it is depend on the closing price of the day before ex-date......what is attractive about this serba warrants offer is because company set the exercise price of warrants of 2.62 which is 30% above theoritical ex price of 2.02. The higher the the premium above ex- price the better. Normally company set exercise price below ex-price and in most cases it is the same......good luck to all....be a smart investor....

ramada....your formula is without taking into consideration of exercise price of warrants....on the ex-date bursa will display the reference price including warrants exercise price in fixing the RP and normally on that day the trade will start around this RP and the calculation for how much price up or down will refer this RP.......my calculation above is already taking into consideration of warrants exercise price of 2.62....

reference price on the ex-date 2 dec is CLOSING PRICE ON 1 DEC. TIMES 10 PLUS 15.720 DIVIDE BY 27...FOR EXAMPLE IF CLOSING PRICE ON 1 DEC IS 4.25 then reference price on the ex-date is 4.25 X 10 + 15.720 divide 27 which is 2.15.....
