肯纳格研究表示，参与竞标公司，包括5家本地公司如国家能源、马拉科夫（MALAKOF,5264,主板公用事业组）、PESTECH国际（PESTECH,5219,主板工业产品服务组）、世霸动力（SERBADK,5279,主板能源组）以及乌兹马（UZMA,7250,主板能源组）等。

该行预测，政府将颁发至少5项大规模太阳能的工程合约，预料每项合约为100兆瓦，竞标结果料于今年杪或是明年2月揭晓。
