I was stuck at 0.860 *(At this point, don't think there are many investors at level 0.860 or above already. Either they have jump off LBS or like me slowly average down)
As of today, I have average down to 0.820
Trying to work my way down to around 0.750-0.780
Am looking forward to next purchase around 0.530-0.550. Don't think it will fall below 0.500 🙊
We're in the same boat, bro. My paper gain has been wiped off since the gap down, the day after LBS requested a one-day shares suspension. Trapped since then.
Despite LBS downtrend and frustrations as of late, I still want to hold on to the hope that one day the true value of LBS will come forward.
Apart from the Company's fundamentals, current and future projects, I do constantly benchmark LBS against other Property Developers within the industry, such as BNASTRA, KERJAYA, UEMS, WCT. Although no one company is 100% the same, but if we benchmark in terms of market share size or revenue earnings, it does not make sense that LBS can be price at 0.560. In fact anything less than 1.00 is just absurd.
Some of the competitor mentioned above are not even performing that well or on par with LBS, and yet their share price is way higher than LBS, which is insane and makes no sense.
These are some of the reasons why I keep holding. Hope you see the same Joel77.
I see good potential in LBS like alfredloo90. It won't take too long for prudent investors to discover LBS's potential before they start investing heavily in this counter. Cheers
KWAP n KWSP have been trading n playing short term in shares in past 4-5 years, if no solid negative news then most probably they selling while they feel the Regarding counter is overvalued or simply trading to earn quick money. LBS is long time property developer, below 59 cents sound attractive. The trend of many retail investors follow the buying or selling decisions of EPF then KWAP is not healthy, it may encourage the 2 institutes to be more active in trading shares..
Share price down due to lacking in SBB by the Company and Tan Sri, and most probably, other investors waiting to see 3rd QR results which will out this month.
Without support price might fall lower than 0.56 in short term. Take advantage of this moment to buy lower.
But hard to say for sure, considering the whole market is quite bearish. It is almost mid November and KLSE has fallen to 1600 level.
Don't think we can achieve 1730 as predicted by some analyst earlier this year.
So there is a possibility we might have to hold on to LBS abit longer till next year after 4QR comes out sometime in February 2025. (Provided if 4QR is.good as well)
Best course of action is just to keep holding current position or average down.

The news that you shared should not be any affect on LBS, because LBS doesn't involve much in mega projects.
Most of its development projects are private developments.
Something is just wrong with LBS, that we retail investors are not able to see.
