To FGV directors,
Please stop acquiring assets at overprice valuation. You guys need to do some more homework before buying a company. Don't just sit and wait for salary!!!
If want to buy, please do not over pay. We minority investors are getting screwed by you!!!
Why dont you guys buy something like Sapres. They are will be getting RM315mil for disposal of assets but only trading at RM190mil. Net cash after disposal will be more than RM220mil. You buy that, then take out the cash. Then give us better dividend.
After that you sell the other assets pun i dont care! Free anyway.

hi dogwithabone,
Why does it take 12 month for Sona to return the money back if investor vote "No"? i thought they need to return it to them prior to completing the QA which means before July 2016. Unless of course the QA will not be approved by the majority of shareholders. Then, they will need to liquidate the assets which takes 1 - 2 years.
If majority of shareholders approved the QA, then Sona will need to pay those who vote "No" before July 16. Correct me if i'm wrong.
