Initially I was very bullish but ever since VT & associates started selling like there is no tomorrow and the weather at Berjaya changes so fast at short notice, just trade with care.

Also already one month has passed and Jalil hasn't shown anything concrete apart from Batik shirts & football. We will only know the direction of Berjaya once he comes out with a concrete strategic plan and the next Qtr report is out, since Covid19 cases is increasing again and MCO might be reintroduced affecting Berjaya bottom line.

Come to think about Jalil has been tweeting about irrelevant things, latest on Liverpool & football instead of focusing on his turnaround plans for Berjaya?

Damage already done! Investors' confidence seriously compromised due to VT & associates selling spree?

Self inflicted! Let's wait & see until VT stopped selling? In the meantime trade with care until Jalil unveils his strategic plan & shows actual value investment, the weather at BCorp can change anytime dependent on whims & fancies of the Operator?

at least now there's an informed exit & reentry level instead of a tumble. Having said that the future is still bright for Berjaya once all those selling by VT is done &-Jalil comes out with the roadmap for recovery?

@Lam LH Me too as the fundamentals of BJLand are much better than BJCorp as the selling of BJCorp by VT continues via direct transactions

how can we retrieve d info of 14/04 direct business transaction of 0.47 for half mil shares ?

I can see in my Kentrade platform under; market/direct business transactions.

If you have problems with your platform, you can ask your remisier to look it up in their system.

I looked at it just after noon time today and saw the off market transactions done on BJLand and BJCorp Shares on 13 and 14 April respectively.

since most retailers here has bjland & bjcorp shares appreciate a daily bulletin for bjcorp too since support 0.40 already broken as an alert for orderly exit & reentry?

Robin is named by virtue of his deemed interest of 0.048% in Hotel Resorts and so the direct beneficiaries of this direct transaction is actually BJCorp & not Robin or VT personally?

Yeah...all the direct transaction sales so far to Jalil & others during this run up has been positive. If the transaction price is 43 sens to other Bankers for goreng etc, there's no benefit of lower future price except to the shorties?
