KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Equities Research has downgraded IFCA MSC from Add to Hold and slashed the target price (TP) from RM1.19 to 55 sen after the weak results.
It said on Wednesday it had slashed the FY16-18 EPS forecasts for the business software solutions company due to the weaker domestic sales outlook.
“Given the poor results and poor outlook, our target basis is changed from 2017 21 times price-to-earnings (P/E) which is in line with the peers, to the average sector 2.5 times price-to-book value (P/BV), resulting in a 54% TP cut.
