There are 15 peoples selling 126,900 shares at 1.34 and you have 85,000 shares in them. That mean 14 of them selling 41,900 shares or 2992 shares each. You must be joking that you have 85,000 shares selling at 1.34!

In a span of less than 4 years, HEVEA has reinvented itself from a big net debt position of >RM200m to less than RM75million now and tomorrow's full year result announcement will further reinforce this.
4 years ago, particle chip boards sector's taiko in the name of MIECO was a giant compared to HEVEA. MIECO is a subsidiary of conglomerate Bandaraya group. Look where is MIECO today at a big full year losses of RM66m and its stock is trading at a paltry RM0.35.
HEVEA and Yong Hau Chun, I salute you!

A company like Hevea which is 60+% owned by the owners and it's related parties , surely will attract a lot of speculators or frying syndicate

POHUAT owners have no choice because the little tempest in the teacup happened between them and the "operator", so they have to buy back all the shares....
This is the reason of yesterday's big surge in volume and price. And the stock dies off this morning with no more volume and the price also dropped. If you are still holding, better sell now!

@upsidedown119, that is not a fair statement for any director of a listed issuer. Hey come on, you think you expect the company to be listed and the owners cannot sell shares, is that called rational? Like I keep saying, it is only 299,000 shares or a drop in the ocean. If you expect they can't even sell this 0.33% what you going to expect the 51% they hold, keep in graveyard?
Whether Hevea will end up to be a hit-&-run stock remain to be seen. But I believed once the price started to leapfrog, all will be forgotten and chase up the stock like no tomorrow. It is only human nature.

Ever wonder why there is always a big seller at the highest price of the day? That is because this someone is suppressing the advance of shares price so that he can collect cheap. However, with the approaching Q4 announcement, market sentiments have built up the momentum of this stock by the escalation of a sen or two everyday. That said, this someone also have no choice but to buy a sen or two higher everyday. Remember the Golden Rule of stock market : Never Fight Mr. Market!

To me, this is precisely what happened. Someone is collecting at 1.05 to 1.16 level over the last month or so. It will be confirm soon when we see the shares price leaping comes after the Q4 announcement.

@upsidedown119, indeed the shares price slides from 1.45 to almost 1.05, but what make you so sure it was the paltry sum of 299,000 shares that the directors sold actually directly caused the slide? Someone else with an ill-intent can always magnify this sale by the directors to their advantage by collecting at the lower end

Your money your choice. A successful investor never got rich through frequent in and out of a counter. More often, they burnt themselves. Take care and best of luck to your going-in-&-out!

Hello upsidedown119, the directors only sold 149,000 shares +150,000 shares, and you (and others as claimed by you already lost their saving) are already in jittery. Come on lah, they only sell 0.33% of the issued shares only and your stomach already upside down!

The buy signals are all out there. Look at how someone is suppressing the buying price to collect cheap. Today he only wants to buy at 1.29 and let you (forced you contra players) to give to him AT his price
