Getting the KFC contract would b every poultry farmer's Dream....it has such great potentials.
The Ding Brothers did it....50 million ringgit...supplying chicken to 52 kfc outlets in Perak and 25 outlets in Selangor...is no joke.
Orders would have been placed for new chicks...more feed..more coops..more staff..more drivers.more vans...more paperwork....activity would have started...by now.

This in turn would create attention to this company stuck in Sitiawan..the cheapest poultry farmer on the klse...after many years of losses...this company might just c the Light...the younger Generation of the Ding Family will move this company further...thats the feel i get..

With warrant expiring in March 2016....it would b good if the mother traded above 15sens...this in turn would let the warrant holders to exercise it at 10sens....with about 200 million warrants pending..company would recieve 20 million...
Recent RCN notes issued further tells us that this company is trying to recover....

Further pending announcements might take this counter to higher grounds....holding steady at 6sens...and with no selling downwards...we hope the push is nearby...some of u have been holding for a long time now....be patient..a little while longer...
Look at the other poultry listed companies...just a matter of time.

When warrants are exercised....company would recieve close to 20 million...

Though the total tin concentrates output and revenue were higher as compared to the preceding year’s corresponding period, the Tin Mining Division recorded a higher losses due to increase in mining activities on the site. The Tin Mining Division is now processing the tin ores from a selection of top soil with high grade of tin ore contents while focusing on the top soil removal.

The Group’s Tin Mining Division recorded an increment of tin from a total of **199 metric tons** of tin concentrates had been produced during the current financial period ended 30 September 2015 as compared to its preceding year’s corresponding period output of **34 metric tons** of tin concentrates.

13. Quarterly Updates on Tin Mining Activities

On 10 June 2013, HWG Tin Mining Sdn Bhd (“HWG Tin Mining”) had engaged an external exploration consultancy company to carry out resource estimation works entailing among others, evaluation of historical data, geological evaluation, geological mapping, geophysical survey, review of all existing drill data, design drill and exploration plan, field and surface sampling, laboratory chemical analysis, culminating in a resource estimation report.

The fieldwork was completed on 27 July 2013 and a copy the geological and geophysical report dated 16 August 2013 was issued. The report indicated a rough resource estimation of tin deposits and iron deposits of approximately **44,000 metric tons(tin@usd14,000.00/tonne)** and **29,250,000 metric tons(iron@usd50.00/tonne)** respectively.

The report also recommended HWG Tin Mining to undertake a deep drilling plan to determine the essential features such as the possibility of the ore body continuance, origin and type of the deposit and economic feasibility.

HWG Tin Mining has yet to engage the drilling contractor to do the drilling works as at the latest practicable date of this report.

During the quarter, the Tin Mining Division increased its mining activities on the site. The Tin Mining Division is now processing the tin ores from a selection of top soil with high grade of tin ore contents while focusing on the top soil removal.

Par value reduction 0.20 to 0.05. Share value divide 4..
If 0.12 ex become 0.03 with more shares unit X 4.

If 20 sen, will reduce to 5 sen and shares unit X4

After par reduction have RI 1:1
and free FOUR (4) WARRANTS FOR EVERY FIVE (5) RIGHTS SHARES SUBSCRIBED

If price ex-on RI is divide by 2 somemore.. eg.. 5 sen will become 0.025 and get free detachable warrants 4 for every 5 HWGB subscribed

HWGB-WC now 0.035 price drop from 0.07 and very low vol transaction.

Proposal approved but no info when is the date of ex,.. they can keep delay 2-3 mths maybe 6 mths also if the price not favourable.

This is tricky play.. price calculation and price movement quite complicated.

IF HWGB after RI price is just like WC now.. den WC price will be even cheaper..

Current price HWGB quite low if reduce par value it will be even much lower like warrant price dy..
Price not up much also...

we would't know but i can see some support at 0.05, y??
my theory is :

scenario #1, someone bought big last few day when there is some transaction at 0.055 so naturally ahCat well press down the price to frighten the new buyer before T4 so....!!

Scenario #2, indeed some big holder / director sell out 22mil over share@0.05 and not even 30mins later all 0.05 being bought back at sellers price and come out another support place at buyer's price with 19mil share waiting for someone to throw to them again....

so i hope this explanation is acceptable...

Lamlam33, the q buy abt 60,000 at 0.23 are fake ones. The clue is at the sellers at 0.235. If the selling pressure keep increasing. Meaning that the operators are desperately want to sell the shares at 0.235.
