If there is no opportunity, why IB, market maker comes in?

Bpt1, even the market maker from IB can do so, they cannot change the intrinsic value of the CW.They hav to pay if its possitve upon maturity.

Aiya, the inventory(stock in hand) is enough to cover 90% debt rm1.3b (rm appreciating). Cash in hand going to b >rm1bil by dec 17. Enough to pay 700m upgrade/change. By the time q4 reveal feb 18, even more cash in hand. More than enough to pay dividend rm1. So how to stop the price surge?
