Placement share price is less 10% of an average over 6 months from Aug. 18, 2020 to Jan. 17, 2021. So... will have to wait. Will be stupid for PRC to pay a high price for share price that had gone up!

Only 3 months since EGM for private placement. 3 more months for average price for the PRC (less 10%). I doubt if the daily closing price will shoot up Fast? Surely PRC will want to get the 30% at as low a price they can get.

The price kept dropping until 6 cts, he still didnt sell and then until 1 ct, he cannot tahan already, sold half, price start going up after he sold. dont know what happen to him now...

My good intention bring me good luck, later, I managed to know price is going up and I bought at 3 cts to sell at 4.5 cts with 50% gain again. smartgood, I had warned people at 4.5 cts when buahciko dragonslayer, allantank and etrader trying to promote. My last batch sold at 4 cts after the Edge article about Fintec, focus, netx, Lambo, Kgroup (DVM) etc, these companies has been changing names a few times, to avoid people from knowing their goreng for money status, and survive on ESOS, PP and consolidation, just look around so many now, very scary.

Kgroup and DGB has completed RI, soon they will consolidate. but if you can follow their steps, you might be able to make money like me and some others. Dont invest in penny stocks in fact, I dont trust Bursa, I only short term, make money run..
