Hohup still have accumulated losses of 7.09m down from 27.2m a yr ago (mess made by previous management), a co. need retained earnings to pay out dividend, next quarter assuming 20m profit, retained earnings = 20m less 7.09m = 12.9m,latest qtr cash flow from operation still negative due to initial start up cost of Aurora project(fully sold), hohup is not cash rich at the moment, will cash rich few quarters late

Can someone answer why ho hup(cash rich) not giving dividend? Ho hup is not cheap to buy.

bro yongyou, i don't go into details, as long as CFFO is positive, Price/Book 0.5-1.5X(not applicable to tech stks coz assset light co.), net gearing max 0.5X. net profit margin min 10%, pe ratio depends on sector average , tech stks usually 20-100X (CRAZY- eg. ghl,ifca-not my department, i don't play), usually grab property stks mostly trading at 0.6X book value, pe 5-10X ..i just sold uoadev last week to release some capital(high yield 5-7%, cash rich), for detailed fa stuffs, gotta ask kcchongnz & co loh
