（吉隆坡21日讯）市场盛传，国家石油（Petronas）独资子公司——KLCC产业有限公司，正与财政部就接收总规模达120亿令吉的大马城项目展开磋商。

财经周刊《The Edge》引述知情人士报道称，KLCC产业计划分为两次付款买下上述总面积达486英亩的前大马皇家空军（RMAF）基地，平均每平方英尺售价566令吉。

“KLCC产业最多可能会先付款60亿令吉，并在‘适当时候’（as and when）缴清余款。”

该位匿名人士披露，若交易达成，政府将得以套现这项资产，并付清以政府基金为主的债权人的欠款。

“唯独拥有KLCC产业的国油具备达成交易的财力。”

财政部透过Aroma Teraju私人有限公司属下TRX城市私人有限公司全权拥有大马城。

然而，KLCC产业会直接买下大马城土地，还是收购地主大马城私人有限公司（BMSB）或其属下大马城置地私人有限公司，目前依然无从得知。

KLCC产业拒绝置评，财政部则仍未回应媒体查询。

大马城命运多舛，一开始时在2011年宣布由一马公司（1MDB）主导开发，随后2015年改由依海中铁财团（IWH-CREC）接手，交易却在2017年告吹。2018年，依海中铁财团尝试重启交易谈判，最终在2021年正式取消，大马城也停摆至今。

I sold it because i traded on MBMRC4 call warrant which give me about 30% gain, earning 5 figures cannot eat roti canai? funny...and the most crucial point is the QR and special dividend is below my expectations. If you had observed the special dividend has been decreased compared to last year. Most worry is the market sentiments, luckily MBMR do not gap down on morning. Good luck to all MBMR investor. The issuer IB of Call warrant basically is in hedge position, their buy and sell position can be adjusted from time to time to protect themselves. IB selling the underlying shares at last few trading date is not the way they are practicing now. As i observed, DC theme like SNS is going sink earlier this week as well but SNS do not have any call warrant. This is the market trend.

Warning!!! if a growth stock is stop growing, do you guys know what will happen on its share price? Especially when share price still on high side.
