Gkent is a cash rich company with many projects that can last for many year. Dividend a few time a year. Better than Bank and EPF %

If Gkent and MRCB can get part of MRT2 sub projects, next year can even go up to RM3.

MRCB normally up very fast before closing.

Gkent with smaller paid up capital and SBB, it is very easy to push up the share price.
