all in or all out is depending on risk management and your appetite, like what institutions do

greedy and fear is a types of emotion, everyone can pick and choose to show them as a king of investment while others are newbie.

the things is how to balance between those two emotion and made decisions based on your analysis

opinion is opinion, still not yet so called fact. that’s why SC made further investigations, but yet they should refer those problem to the company because those issue related to day to day activities (unable to find clients and suppliers). and at the ground level, working are still on progress.

we don’t trust anybody, and we also don’t trust to the auditor’s opinion, because it’s not yet to called as a fact. but the way the act towards those opinion is too much that caused more harm then ever, those issue can be settle more wisely

this is risk and reward opportunities, nobody knows who is right and who is wrong, unless the court is begin hear this issue, and both parties have a right to expressing their opinion in court

auditor has expressing their opinion, and they can enjoy law protection over skepticism towards client

both of them are credible enough to do their job, but what i mentioned was auditor should work together with the company before straight away go to SC, because this is just unable to find clarification of the suppliers and customers, so it simply can ask the company who in charge day to day.

the thing is the auditor and the company should work together, if suddenly reported to the SC, where is the right for the company? they can report to the SC after clarification with the company has been made, but now this issue cause tremendous impact to the company as well as shareholders, all this issue only can hear in the court, otherwise company has no channel to telling the truth and they obviously become a victim for no reason

the company has fully responsible towards all the shareholders and stakeholders over tremendous losses, if the auditor suddenly raised a red flag to the SC, because of suspicious over the supplier and clients of SD, but they not even refer to the company over the matter, that’s not right to the company, company should be informed because they are the person in charge on a day to day activities, they should work together before flagging the red flag that caused billions of capital market of the company has gone overnight
