@fly888888, Alliance Bank cannot buy this stock because of "full utilisation of single stock" as per the bank's routine risk management but you can buy on cash basis (T+3 but cannot purchase under share margin facility).
This tell us that there is a "Big Guy" collecting Hevea for more than 20% already, that is why the stock is not allowed to be financed any further other than this Big Guy.

This suzuki123 is actually the other self of candygirl. She is trying to undermine the supporters of Hevea.
I agree with fly888888 to buy at 0.005, and the day is also the armageddon of the world, if at all it will happen

Why talk about ownership of the blackbox? It is more important whether we have the competency and experiences to analyze the blackbox recording. Typical siege mentality of fighting ownership rather than who have the capability and competency to fully understand what had happened just like who owns Malaysia;- Malay, Chinese or Indian rather than Malaysian - Height of insanity.

To those who chided the Chinese earlier, can we blame them? I suspect the fate of MH370 could be very much due to our own maintenance problems.

This is the most ridiculous answer I have ever heard.
You know what; Deputy Defence Minister Abdul Rahim Bakri, I think it is time for Malaysia to face the world with dignity - just admit we did not monitor and we did not know what was going on until a giant plane has gone missing and when the Air Force was called upon to check the radar records.
I think the world will probably forgive us for our lapses than blaming us for our baloney. I think this was what happened: no one was watching the radar, and even if someone was watching it, that someone just did not care.
It is called “routinisation” - the boredom of doing the same mundane job over and over again (I said this from day one when news of “turn back” was first disclosed).
After all, who could have attacked or spied on us, right? The defence minister and the Air Force chief should have resigned yesterday.

Go for the jugular. The MAS union. Strip them off their pacifiers every time they whine to their political masters/cronies. Let meritocracy rule and see how MAS will soar. Idealistic yes; and achievable? Definitely.

According to Lii Hen previous announcement on Dec 13, today is the hearing for the striking out application of the suit filed by a shareholder, of which Lii Hen is the defendant. If Lii Hen loses this striking out attempt, that mean Lii Hen will need to face the full trial on April 20-22, 2014.
If the date of the full trial is push back further than April 2014 (whether intentionally by the plaintiff or the court for whatever reason), then Lii Hen is in great danger of having the FY 2013 accounts not being able to be tabled in the FY2013 AGM scheduled near June 2014, then all hell will break lose! That mean Lii Hen will have 2 FY accounts hanging in the air which will immediately trigger an invocation of PN17.
If the decision on Jan 28 is not in favour of Lii Hen, it is therefore not advisable for Lii Hen to even appeal as it will open up another battle line in court which will definitely push back the full trial date of April 2014, consequently PN17.
Keep your fingers crossed!

It is very rare that Bursa will ask for a board resolution in support of the company's decision...very rare....something is definitely not right here....
....The regulators concluded and ordered that Lii Hen must hold an immediate meeting for the board of directors to deliberate the matter and to convey their final decision to Bursa Malaysia by way of a Board Resolution whether Lii Hen is going to disclose the existence and the content of the said letter of demand or not.....

"If one has fear as what happened to companies like Kimble and Kenmark, I think the balance sheet as well as their cashflows would have buried that fear. And they are audited by renown auditors - Latitude by EY, Classic by KPMG, Homeritz by Crowe Horwath, while maybe the auditor - John Lim and Associates - which I am not too comfortable is the one hired by Lii Hen."

Very well said!
