Some people argued that the gearing ratio will be much higher. I agree. However, given the operation is smooth, the ROE is expected to be much higher as well. No risk no gain, that’s fair enough. Leverage is a kind of beneficial way to grow the company big. Do you think you should just save cents by cents to accumumate enough saving and then run a business? This is absolutely insensible. Furthermore, the upcoming cash flow will be increasing and strengthening due to the landsale of iwcity (which can cover the cost of M&A), opening of Ekocheras and increased traffic flow from DUKE. I firmly believe that this counter is a super good bet and I will laugh all the way in 2018 comparing to those who dare not invest in this counter due to your lack of courage and negativity. 醬便宜的counter哪裡找！哈哈哈。Don’t be entangled in looking into those niche accounting figures. When I see some analyst’s report, especially ftom UOB Kayhian, I chuckled because of the way they value business. I won’t say it wrong but just feel like teasing on them who are so knowledgeable to stay in room to do research but have no hand-on experience in running business. See the big picture and have an entrepreneurial mindset. This is the reason why a good accountant and analyst can never be a good businessman.

This is a super cheap stock that you will not find a similar one at else where. Merely study this counter from asset play perspective, it is deeply undervalued that the market cap of this company is just more or less equal to the value of 60% of DUKE 1 and 2. If you buys this counter, it means you pay “no cost” for investing in property and construction. This implies that 100% discount to these two divisions or in other words, market gives no value to these two divisions.
