I do feel that crude oil will eventually go below USD 100 per barrel with another 75 basis rate hike in July. Just wondering if any stocks will still thrive if we do go into a recession. Maybe keeping cash until there really is blood on the streets?

Since inflation is the primary cause of the recession, arresting the problem by multiple rate hikes will crimp demand of commodity prices and bring down prices

Only positive we can get from the aggressive stance of the Federal Reserve is that they have recognize the recessionary fears caused by hyperinflation that their swift action may deter a prolong phase of recession if it does happen

The facts and evidence points to a recession in the coming months. When asset prices drop rapidly as they have been last week after the 75 basis rate hike on Wed, shows recessionary fears outweigh any argument out there

I recently bought again at RM1.23 but have cut loss at RM1.19 as I have been very transparent in TSH forum. I just feel sorry for the less informed investors who hinge on your advice and it pains me that you are always saying all the positives without any caveats.

I have nothing to gain by calling you out as I do not buy or sell following any of your recommendations. In fact I first bought TSH at RM1.10 only because CPO price were going up and Datuk Tan was buying but sold at RM1.70 when CPO price was coming down and price charts did not look good
