Ya, Fajar fundamentals are getting better with more projects secured n would likely report better profits up to Year 2027. n Techincally after the recent sell down to 35.5sen, current price is above support SMA 9/50/180 n EMA 30 ..so considered strong. Any stock has to go through an "accumulation phase " before a big jump..For example , bankers collected property stocks way back in Sept 2023, then the actual bull run occurred ( 100% up ) in March 2024 or so....so patience is the name of the game. BTW, upcoming budget today may favour construction sector

Maybe some who borrowed scripts from "other channels " to sell below 40 sen earlier, by right they would have to buy back shares to return back some time later ..but continue to sell n block prices from going up to fast .

Hi Abang kenwilbur, Fajar Full-year net profit for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 (FY24) surged to RM54.01mil from a net loss of RM14.45mil a year earlier. 485% jump in profits .Anyway do not count those tough Covid years. But look into future ...

I invest to become a co owner of Fajar and the co made 54M profit last year , and more to come ....

@Jalan Tembok . u talk n act like Andre Kostolany. "Those with firm hands buy when the price is low. These people have both time and money, which also fosters strong nerves. The firm hands stick around, are not fazed by the ups and downs of the market and know exactly what they are doing. They make their move at just the right time, buying at the bottom and selling at the top, or at least pretty close (I would love to have ‘firm hands’).

When others sell in panic, desperation or simply because everyone else seems to be bailing out, they buy. The firm hands will then sell again at a massive profit when the market turns around again.

@Ellyn20, I think share market is not a place for u to invest...better buy Unit Trusts or put into the bank, since u cannot bear the up n down of a stock. Investments have risks ..be reminded

Technical people always ask people to sell off their shares ...by doing so it causes a strong selling pattern, and they buy from yr panic sellings.

Fajar last Q net profit supposed to be around rm 16M, but co provides future tax ( deferred tax ) of 11m, so reported smaller profit of 4M plus, still a 125% increase on year to year basis

@Ellyn20 ..Sendai last 2 Q profit is around 380K, quite small in fact , but later news they have partnered Emirates, not sure what profits would come of this understanding . Sorry..I do not anaylse Sendai much.

The beauty of Value Investing is u can find super undervalued stocks in Malaysia like Fajar , and yet many offer cheaper prices to u at some point of time, so that u can actually buy more n more .
