If all the PA are to be converted to common share on one PA to one common share basis, then will produce the following outcomes:

1) there will be about 10 times more Ageson shares
2) eps will be reduced by about 10 times
3) pe will need to be multiplied by about 10

Time to relook at ah seng, especially since it is now at/near bottom.

Furthermorr at price 24.5 sen and dividend 1 sen, dividend yield is 4.08%, better than fd.

With the profitable pvc sector and selling of solar power, ah seng is worth at least 30 sen, now price is cheap.

If you read ALL the past qtr reports, then you may realise that for qtrs which were negative, they were ALL due to the solar segment.

With solar out of the business segment, qtrs are expected to provide positive results.

Now with the expansion of their plastic business, which is their traditional strength and profit generator, then we can expect to see higher profit.

In summary, cut out loss making business, expand profit making business, so the result is making more profit.

@surviver, as I said earlier, actually my CONSERVATIVE valuation of Tekseng after the plastics expansions is only at least 40 sen !! But with sharks goreng, it can go much much higher !

If can hold until expansions revenue come in by next year, at 31.5 sen it is a fair price to buy even without the sharks goreng. If with sharks goreng, 31.5 sen is still considered CHEAP !!
(it is pity you did not buy below 30 sen, after I set out the convincing rationals for a buy then)

Just hope big shots like wahaha and Britishempire are quietly collecting now, they can push Tekseng back to 1.00 !!

Even surviver (his/her costs 80 sen) will make profit when sharks revisit ah seng !!
