ahfah...the size of a company's debts should be measured
relative to their shareholders funds not the amt
eg. abc have shareholders funds of 1m but debt of 2m ie huge
gearing 200%
eg xyz have shareholders funds of 100m but debt of 2m ie damn small
gearing 2%, go read up some elementary accounting books
