@moneytrail , this is what you can find by reading the circular , if by the share price of 78 cents , the discounted share price after free warrant will be 75 cents. 79 cents , will discounted to 76 cents. And if 76 , will discount to 73 , so their calculation is discount the share price by 3 cents.

So if coming mid June , which is the tentative ex-date for the free warrant , the share price should drop by 3 cents from wherever it is at that point. Hopefully way above 1 ringgit , like 1.20 , then discount 3 cents become 1.17.

Meanwhile , I think the warrant should be priced around 10-20 cents range , I don't really know , just a wild guess. But people sure goreng it to go up by 100-200%.
