I think those who don't want free warrant should just go and buy Sumatec. Sumatec is going to consolidate 4 into 1, after consol, the share price will be 20 cents. Then investor will be force to buy Right issue of 13 units of Sumatec share at 20 cents for every unit they hold. Then only the company give you Bonus and Free Warrant.

I was wandering why issuing free warrant will reduce Hibiscus share value?
Will the free warrant dilute the Mother share?
Warrant is free, true but is the Mother share also free?
I can understand if giving dividend, the share price will be adjusted. If giving bonus, the share price will be diluted, but warrant need to be exercise, and the exercise value usually more expensive than mother share.
Most company only willing to give free warrant together with Right issue, but Hibiscus is willing to give out Free Warrant without we being force to subscribe to Right issue, is this not good?

Luckily, I out from Synergy at 1.29 and get back into Hibiscus.

The problem with the accounting wasn't something new. It happen in year 2014. Bursa already reprimanded Trive director I think somewhere in 2015. It take SC 2 years to reprimand Trive ex-director.

Because of the problem of in 2014 that why there was a restructure and change of management. Now the group is under new management. And people still react to this news. This is also good, can collect cheap cheap.

We now can buy at 4.5 cents. Way much cheaper than Macquarie Bank who have to subscribe at 12.1 cents

Why a good news was interpret as bad news?

Why company like Maxwell which had no revenue for 1 1/2 years still at 2 cents and not 0.5 cents?

How come people think that Trive will go down to 0.5 cents while they are making profit, getting new order, setting up new plant.
