　（吉隆坡17日訊）PN17公司幸馬泰資源（SUMATEC，1201，主要板貿易）股東及董事后盾強大，最近委任首相胞弟成為董事，並宣佈巨資收購計劃，股價今日續往上衝；該公司管理層放眼，在2018年成國內最大油氣上市公司。

　這家由土著企業家丹斯里哈林沙厄持股25%的公司，計劃耗資4億美元（約13億令吉）供收購油氣資產與建設油田設施，目標是在2018年成為馬股最大油氣公司。

　幸馬泰資源總執行長克里斯道爾頓今日指出，當中2億5000萬美元（約8億萬令吉）供收購油氣資產，另外1億5000萬美元（約5億令吉）則供建設油田設施。

　“收購資產的資金，將結合現金與發行附加股籌集，至于1億5000萬美元的資本開銷，將透過發債取得。”

發附加股籌部分資金

　他今日出席匯報會后這么說；列席者為公司董事陳玉宏。

　幸馬泰資源上週五（11日）就全面獻購Borneo能源油氣公司（簡稱Borneo）簽定架構協議，克里斯道爾頓說，已展開精明審核，將盡速在2個月內簽定買賣合約。

　“整項收購過程估計耗時6個月，發行附加股與債券計劃都會在今年內完成。”

　幸馬泰資源油田業務集中在哈薩克斯坦，他透露，Borneo持有的Buzachi Neft擁有2項油田開採權；另一項油氣資產Karaturun油田，產量比公司現有的Rakushechnoye油田多。

　“我們看好Karaturun油田未來3年可貢獻2萬5000桶油，至于Rakushechnoye油田則貢獻5000桶。”

股價續大熱走高

自首相胞弟拿督阿末佐哈里受委董事后，幸馬泰資源頓成焦點，與兩隻憑單幸馬泰資源-WA（SUMATEC-WA，1201WA，主要板憑單）及幸馬泰資源-WB（SUMATEC-WB，1201WB，主要板憑單）股價波動甚大，週四（17日）續大熱走高，共3億股易手。

　3隻股早盤雖平盤迎市，但在火熱買盤帶動下，很快分居10大熱門股榜3個席位，休市時交投量已逼近2億股；幸馬泰資源揚高1.5仙至41仙。幸馬泰資源-WA掛34.5仙，起1.5仙；至于幸馬泰資源-WB則增2仙至35.5仙。

　幸馬泰資源52週新高掛82仙；52週新低報25仙。

　閉市時，幸馬泰資源起2.5仙至42仙。幸馬泰資源-WA掛35.5仙，揚2.5仙，反觀幸馬泰資源-WB則攀高3仙至36.5仙，總成交量2億9639萬3000股。

連續3天企業動作引關注

先有總財務長賣股，再到首相胞弟入董事局，最后簽定收購油氣資產架構協議，幸馬泰資源短短3天的連串企業動作引市場關注，不過管理層強調，賣股一事純屬巧合，並非強制脫售（force selling）；另首相胞弟僅是小股東，持股並不足6%。

　針對該公司總財務長羅西達阿都拉選在此時悉數脫售持股，是否在傳達何種訊號時，陳玉宏指出，這完全是羅西達阿都拉個人決定，與公司決策無關。

　“這批持股是公司給予員工的獎掖，即是在僱員認購權證下獲取有關持股，她並非一開始就持有幸馬泰資源股權，值得注意的是，羅西達阿都拉是在我們簽定架構協議前脫售持股，只能說這一切是巧合。”

　羅西達阿都拉是在上週三（9日），以每股30.8仙或616萬令吉，脫售持有的2000萬股或0.64%股權，可眼下正是幸馬泰資源正要展翅高飛之時，脫售持股的作法，恐打擊市場信心。

　不過，克里斯道爾頓指出，本身仍保留僱員認購權證，且無意行使權證脫售持股。

　至于首相胞弟阿末佐哈里受委擔任董事一職，他說，阿末佐哈里僅是小股東，大股東仍是哈林沙厄。
