We cannot promise whether PNB will keep that 40% as long term investor or not.
Recently I have been monitoring PNB activities. They have sold many GLC shares, for example, recent CIMB share sale 5.80.
PNB will use those money to buy Sapnrg Rights Issues.
If PNB keeps 40% shares as long term, PNB will wipe out 6b excess Sapnrg shares as locked in, plus Raja Shahril 2.25billion shares locked in. That means 45% floating shares with only 2.8billion shares at 30 cents cost, the rest at least 60 cents above...
This is why I am bullish...
